| Chris Champagne got his start while working as an apprentice under our senior technician Wendel Case. His eagerness to learn new skills and his affinity for working with anything mechanical made him an ideal choice for permanent employment. After his early graduation in 2003 his past experience with the industry accelerated Chris to the position of service technician. |

| Rodney Kneifel joined our company in August of 2003 as a full time employee, and was immediately assigned his own service vehicle. His abilities in electrical engineering as well as understanding of building schematics has been an invaluable asset to our access control technicians. |
